Terms and Conditions

By accessing this website, registering with us and/or placing an order with us (whether by phone, fax, email or website checkout), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

ORDERING PROCESS

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via online checkout, by telephone, by email or by fax.

We must receive payment in full including carriage charges before the order is accepted.
If a variety ordered and paid for by you is not available, we will contact you to request your agreement to supply a substituted variety, delay delivery until such product is in stock, or refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible or within 30 days.

We will deliver the order by 1st class mail to UK delivery addresses only.

Orders will be packed and despatched from Monday to Thursdays. Goods will be despatched the day after receiving the order with the exception of orders received on Thursdays to Saturdays in which case the goods will be despatched on Monday.

We may refuse to accept an order, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

where goods are not available
where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
where there has been a pricing or description error
where you fail to provide all details requested on the order form

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price and carriage charges for the goods you order is set out on our website at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to make changes to these prices without notice.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

If you wish to cancel your order you can do so by notifying us by email, fax or telephone anytime before we have despatched to goods to you. If you cancel your order before despatch you will be entitled to a full refund.

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods we will make good any shortage, replace any non-delivery, replace any goods damaged upon delivery or refund the payment made by you. In the case of damaged goods, incorrect or unsuitable substitution you must return the goods to us and we will refund the postage.

These terms and conditions shall not affect your statutory rights.

LIABILITY

We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage to the goods or any consequential and/or subsequent loss arising from a result of your failure to receive the goods by virtue of the supply of incorrect or incomplete details for delivery.

We will not be liable to you for delay or failure to perform due to any causes beyond the reasonable control of us or our suppliers, including but not limited to strikes, lock-outs or other industrial disputes (whether involving our workforce of that of any other person).
